Research Product Policy

All products sold by Graded Peptides are:

  • Intended for laboratory research use only
  • Sensitive to storage and handling conditions
  • Non-resellable once shipped

Because of this, all sales are generally considered final unless specific conditions are met.


Returns Eligibility

We may accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged items during transit
  • Missing items from order
  • Defective packaging (unopened)

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products held by customs or lost due to incorrect address

📸 Proof Required

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

This helps us resolve your request quickly and accurately.


Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds may be issued as:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (case-dependent)

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


Replacements

In cases of:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item sent

We may offer a replacement shipment at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


Shipping Issues

Damaged Packages

  3. Keep all packaging materials

Lost or Stolen Packages

Graded Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered by carriers
  • Theft after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

We recommend using secure delivery locations.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation, contact support immediately after ordering.


International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for customs regulations
  • We are not liable for delays, seizures, or duties
  • Refunds are not issued for customs-related issues
